Save Your Money

Ordered All-in-One Announcement Bundle early as part of a "special" price. Had ordered the same thing two years earlier for my other graduating son, and expected the same contents. They raised their price and this time around did not include "Thank You" note cards. Some deal. Paid over $100 for 25 announcement cards. Also, they aren't a standard size, so if you want to include a 4x6 photo you will have to hand trim about 1/4 of an inch off the 6 inch side. The announcement measures 4.5" x 5 7/8". You are better off going to ANY other retailer for more creative options for far cheaper (Walmart, Walgreens, Shutterfly, Peartree.com). Then because of Covid my son's graduation time/date/place all changed and they would not reprint. Told me to go online and print out an insert myself. What if I didn't have a printer? Horrible company. I kick myself for wasting money on their garbage.

Not a good experience or outcome!

I hate to write bad reviews, but it was warranted. My step daughter graduated in May and we wanted to have her class ring ready by that time, but we didn't order soon enough. I was told a couple weeks and said OK, paid the bill, and two weeks later, no ring. I called, and they only took a quarter of the total payment when I called it in and said they will take 4 monthly payments, then make the ring and this was after being told we can have the ring possibly in a couple of weeks, LOL getting the picture here? So, I paid the rest of it and once again they said maybe a couple weeks. I then decided to take them up on their quarterly payment option for a second ring for myself and if the first one came in good I would finish paying for the second one. Well instead of applying the recent payment to the first order like they were supposed to, they incorrectly applied it to the second order. Even after talking with them 2 days later about the delivery time, never did they mention they applied the total payment to the wrong ring. They just are NOT listening! So after losing confidence in their ability and seeing similar reviews, I decided to pull the plug and end the order. They charged me $75 per ring to cancel the order. It was their error, but they decided to make me pay for it. If anyone receives a ring from this company after paying for it, consider them really lucky.

Worst company ever

This is the worst company you can deal with what should be a happy time in a students life they make terrible hope they have to shut down for the way they treat their customers

Publication Company that doesn't know how to edit it's publication

UNHAPPY PARENT!

$129 for this book.
1. His name is spelled wrong on it on the outside.
2. Message in the 1/4pg for my son was not as provided.
In the 1/4 pg ad you put "All that you know - love you!" Clearly below, that is wrong and not properly edited.

This is what was supposed to have been correctly in his 1/4pg ad.
All that know you - love you!

This is lazy and lousy.

Horrible quality -Letterman Letter

My daughter was awarded a Letterman Letter and her school ordered from this company. It looks like a child cut the pattern out. Lines are not even, over-cut areas, etc.

The wrest company ever

I purchased a graduation Gwen from this company for my masters and made a mistake in the order, when I called to correct it, customer service member answered me and said he could not do a partial cancellation. He said he will cancel the whole order and give me a refund in the meantime I need to make a new order. I started another order and paid for it $128, assuming they will refund my previous order. It never happened I called multiple times they kept me on the line 55 minutes with nothing to be solved. Thank God I contacted PayPal and give me a refund for that amount that I lost. This company has no reliability their customer service incredibly terrible and they will get you nowhere. Don't use them ever.

They were great to deal with very transparent would definitely recommend them to any school that needed merchandise like this. Thanks again Pat Mclaughlin

Disappointed

My high school son will never get the opportunity to celebrate his accomplishment and achievement with his graduating announcement because Josten's did not deliver them. When Josten's representative came to the school to deliver caps and gowns, my son's announcements were not with his order. Not one person could tell me where his announcements were located but we were told they could rerun his order but that would take 2-3 weeks. By then he would have graduated. I am extremely upset, disappointed and sadden by Jostens. When I sent an email to the company explaining the situation I received no response just a refund for my order. While I appreciate the refund, no email response or apology is unacceptable.

I understand it's there policy but I can't hp that my dad kicked me out and I had to switch schools.

Very Difficult Website

I have never given an online review for a company before, but I've had it with this one. My 4th child is about to graduate, and I STILL can't just go to the website and order a cap and gown and be done in a few minutes... Jostens in determined to sell you everything you don't want and you will have to be a website guru to figure out how to order JUST the cap and gown that is required for graduation.

Worst customer service ever

The company says you can order online, by phone or in person. The only real option is to order in person with their no notice sales rep who may let you know a couple days in advance. I called from overseas while deployed trying to order for my daughter and was told I could order online. Tne website is broken and every time you choose an option it circles back to the home page. I called the sales rep number and got an automated system telling me to order online. The in person visit to the school was while my daughter was playing in high school softball districts on the other side of the state. When i finally got a person, I was told to have her send her order package with a friend. She was already on the other side of the state when i finally got a person. The second email I sent asking someone to call me so I can place an order was responded to with the same number I have called 3 times with no help. I have asked 3 times now in email when they will be returning to the school, as this appears to be the only real way to order from this company, with no answer.
It is ridiculous that because they have a monopoly on this market we are forced to deal with this level of customer care. I wouldn't even care if they are rude at this point if i could just place an order as they are the only ones who know what cap and gown combo they need.

Please note I already emailed and explained previously that I am deployment and did not have access to the package he sent to the school.
